Senior Fundraiser (Trusts & Legacies)  Salary c £28k pro rata

Are you already a senior trust fundraiser or someone ready to take their next step up?  This is a great opportunity to join a newly formed fundraising team.

We are looking for someone with a depth of experience in successfully securing large bids and grants, and who is great at relationship building.  The Cheltenham and Gloucester Hospitals Charity is a newly launched charity dedicated to making a real difference for our patients, their families and the staff who treat them at our two acute hospitals in Gloucestershire.  You will take responsibility for our trust and grant income as well as taking a lead on legacy marketing. Working closely with a small fundraising team, you will provide support and leadership across the team. You will be a great communicator, with excellent writing skills and a flexible approach to working with colleagues, volunteers and supporters.  As this is a new initiative, you will have a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a team that will take the charity from a very low level of local recognition to being the primary charity of choice within Gloucestershire.
