The Cheltenham and Gloucester Hospitals Charity

Fundraising Co-ordinator – Salary c £22 - £24k pa

We are looking for two talented and experienced people to lead our fundraising at Cheltenham General Hospital and Gloucester Royal Hospital.

If you consider yourself to be a ‘people person’ and have a proven track record in fundraising, sales, or marketing, coupled with experience of event management,  then we would be interested to hear from you.  The Cheltenham and Gloucester Hospitals Charity is a newly launched charity dedicated to making a real difference for our patients, their families and the staff who treat them at our two acute hospitals in Gloucestershire. We are seeking two enthusiastic and aspirational individuals to lead our corporate, community, individuals and events fundraising for their hospital.  Based in the hospital, you will represent the charity within the local community, raising awareness of the charity as well as generating significant financial support. You will be a great communicator, able to multi task whilst being flexible in your approach.  You will understand the importance of the contribution we get from our volunteers and supporters, and the need for a flexible approach.  As this is a new initiative, you will have a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a team that will take the charity from a very low level of local recognition to being the charity of choice within Gloucestershire.

Part time working or job share would be considered.

Please note, we reserve the right to close this post early should sufficient applications be received
