Relationship Executive (Small Trusts and Business)

Do you want to make a real difference using your passion and enthusiasm for building relationships in an exciting and challenging Christian aviation environment?

We are looking for a thoughtful, genuine communicator to initiate, develop, grow and maintain successful long-term relationships with small trusts and small to medium sized businesses, in order to secure donations for MAF UK.  This role will involve securing gifts and developing opportunities for closer relationships with these groups in order to enhance the work of the charity.

The ideal candidate will need excellent organisational and planning skills, be able to write compelling grant applications and have a thirst for researching existing and potential donors for the Major Donor team.  A background in fundraising would be desirable, but isn’t essential if you have the determination to succeed and can demonstrate the attention to detail and communication skills we require.
