Community Fundraising Manager

Do you have experience in leading a successful charity Community Fundraising team? Do you have a proven track record of developing new and existing income-generating opportunities to support a charity?

The RSPB is Europe's largest nature conservation charity and we are looking for a Community Fundraising professional to develop the vision, strategy and business model for the future development of this channel. You will work closely with colleagues across the RSPB to deliver the maximum amount of net income, providing the resources people need to succeed.

We're looking for someone who has experience of innovating bold national fundraising campaigns which will motivate and facilitate individuals to raise money for the RSPB and also of delivering income through large volunteer networks.

You will make recommendations to help the RSPB develop its systems, processes and structures and your experience will enable you to budget, implement and monitor plans and interpret financial information. Inspiring and motivating the team, encouraging a sense of fun and working together to enable the RSPB's community fundraising to grow across the organisation will be something you're passionate about.
