Fundraising Manager - Acquisition

The Individual Giving team have been at the heart of Send a Cow since 1988, generating essential core funding and support that has already helped a million people. 

We now have an ambitious target for growth, looking to help a million people a year by 2020 and we are seeking a talented, driven and experienced Individual Giving Fundraiser to join our small but effective team.  This full time role is a key post, working alongside the Head of Individual Giving to acquire new Supporters and build effective relationships to maximise lifetime value.

Working closely with your colleagues you will be working across regular giving and cash acquisition, creating and delivering strategies that bring in new Supporters. You will also ensure all donors receive the very best supporter experience in their first 24 months to help build a growing community of passionate individual givers.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in managing direct response campaigns, driven to make a difference by delivering exceptional fundraising.  You need to have strong creative and communication skills and ability to analyse results and drive strategies accordingly.
