Senior Manager - New Business

We are looking for a driven and self-starting individual to...

* Lead a team of business acquisition managers to secure and develop high value, industry-leading partnerships
* Define new business priorities, strategy and projected acquisition budget
* Oversee the building of a robust pipeline to support five year number ambition and key priority areas
* Work with the other Senior Managers and the Director of Corporate Partnerships to deliver against financial and non-financial targets, and ensure consistent, effective management and development of the wider team.

* Your significant experience securing and managing high value partnerships (six and seven figure partnerships) in either a charity environment or commercial sales environment
* Your proven track record of leading teams to exceed objectives
* Your ability to spot new opportunities
* Your experience of building lasting effective relationships with high level stakeholders
* Your comprehensive appreciation of the corporate fundraising portfolio
