In order to be truly effective, we always need to have one eye on the future. We need to know that we haven’t just got the financial support to help Veterans now, but with it taking an average of 13 years from someone leaving the services to seeking our help we need to make sure we are in good shape to meet this demand going forwards. That’s why the role of Director of Fundraising has never been more crucial. Quite simply, the person who takes on this dynamic role will be responsible for simultaneously delivering our Fundraising strategic plan and raising the profile of Combat Stress – it’s a huge challenge, but for the right person, it will be the most fulfilling chapter of your career.
