this, smaller amounts of income will be identified and secured.

You will be passionate about our work, and be an articulate, persuasive and tenacious
professional with an exceptional ability to forge relationships with individual donors.

Key Activities:
• develop and implement a major gifts strategy and set key performance indicators.
• nurture and build relationships with HNWIs, private foundations and family networks
• create a roster of compelling cases for support at different levels
• identify and secure gifts of over £10K
• develop a donor acknowledgement and recognition programme

Additional responsibilities:
• take part in relevant training
• willingness to attend and contribute to staff visioning away-days (usually requiring 2
days overnight 3 times a year)
• any other reasonable organisational tasks appropriate for the running of a small charity
