Senior Fundraiser

Are you a highly experienced, strategic, target-driven fundraiser looking for a new challenge within an award winning charity? Do you have a range of fundraising experience with particular expertise in corporates, trusts/foundations and/or individuals?

The Foundation, the charitable arm of Town & Country Housing Group are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced fundraiser, with experience at a strategic level within the charity sector, who is able to take the lead on making targeted approaches to trusts and foundations within the UK. 

Town & Country Housing is an award winning provider of affordable housing working across 16 local authority areas in Kent, Sussex and Surrey. Our Foundation has been recognised nationally for its innovative work that has transformed communities.

This new post is an exciting opportunity to deliver new fundraising opportunities enabling our Foundation to support even more individuals and make a real and sustained difference to resident’s lives.

You will be a skilled fundraiser with experience in researching and writing successful grant proposals and building strong relationships with influential networks and individuals. Experience of managing supporter information is also essential, as are excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
