The Prince's Trust South West is seeking a proven Events Manager to join our Private Sector Fundraising Team based in Bristol.

You will plan and run a portfolio of events for the South West, maximising income through sales and sponsorship and maintaining The Trust's reputation as an excellent event host. With the help of anEvents Executive, you will project manage all aspects of delivery including venue identification and hire, dealing with suppliers, planning and logistics, processing invoices, ticket payments,dealing with delegate queries while ensuring compliance with our national events teams. You will also be fundamental in supporting our volunteers who assist with our events strategy. 

We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, adept at building and managing relationships and has the project management skills to deliver large scale events in the local area, to exceptional standards.

You will work in a team but manage your own events portfolio across the South West.  Enthusiasm and tenacity are key, and you will thrive on seeing a project through from an initial idea to completion.

Proven event management experience is essential, but your background does not need to be in the charity sector.
