Senior Donor Development Officer

Smile Train is a fast growing international charity with big plans for the future. The Senior Donor Development Officer’s position will offer the right candidate the chance to work on an exciting range of fundraising activities, including; Major Donor, Foundation and Legacy fundraising. This role offers the right candidate a great opportunity to take their fundraising to the next level.

You will have a successful track record within the charity sector of developing and delivering similar activities. You should also have excellent marketing and communications skills and supporter database experience.

Smile Train
Smile Train is an international children’s charity with a sustainable approach to a single, solvable problem: cleft lip and palate. Millions of children in developing countries with unrepaired clefts live in shame, but more importantly, have difficulty eating, breathing and speaking. Cleft repair surgery is simple, and the transformation is immediate. Our sustainable model provides training and funding to empower local doctors in 85+ developing countries to provide 100%-free cleft repair surgery in their communities.
