Director of Income Generation

2016 has arrived and we have an exciting opportunity to join one Scotland’s leading charities.

Children’s Hospice Association Scotland (CHAS) is the sole provider of hospice services in Scotland for children and young people with life-limiting conditions and our vision is that children and young people in Scotland will have access to palliative care when and where they need it.

To help us achieve our ambitions we are looking to appoint an experienced and talented fundraising professional who will shape and lead the new CHAS income generation strategy, which includes significant growth to secure financial sustainability and support our aspirations for the future.

If your track record showcases you as a creative, entrepreneurial thinker then this senior strategic role could be your next challenge. As an outstanding leader you will have excellent communication skills and will be naturally motivated with significant experience of leading teams and implementing transformational change.

Educated to degree level or equivalent, we need you to be results driven and able to demonstrate achievement of generating income against challenging targets whilst holding a commitment to the highest quality supporter stewardship.

The successful applicant will be required to become a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme, or if already a member to allow to CHAS to obtain a PVG scheme update.
