We’re looking for two analytical individuals with digital marketing experience to join us as Digital Fundraising Executives and help us optimise the use of digital rich content, channels and platforms to achieve our goals.

Enhancing our supporter engagement and fundraising through the use of digital is critical to our success. That’s why we’re establishing a team of digital fundraising and supporter engagement experts to develop and implement a digital supporter engagement/fundraising strategy and plan. This brand new team won’t just digitally underpin current and new supporter engagement and fundraising activities. We’ll also rely on them to spot opportunities within and outside of our Fundraising division and upskill our campaigning teams to mainstream the digital channel in their thinking.

Benefits include 30 days annual leave, the possibility of flexible working and significant opportunities for learning and development.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in the creation of a digital strategy and manage the effective implementation of our Individual Giving team’s digital plans
  • Help maximise and deliver online opportunities in order to achieve our supporter recruitment and retention goals
  • Oversee the digital aspects of all Individual Giving campaigns/appeals on a day-to-day basis and provide full evaluation and mitigation reports with recommendations for improvement
  • Provide oversight of, and content for, ongoing digital support journeys across the Individual Giving team

And what you’ll need:

  • Experience of digital marketing using online methods to recruit and develop customers/donors
  • A good understanding of digital analytics tools and a proven ability to use Search Engine Marketing and mobile as part of the mix
  • Proficiency using database packages and preparing, maintaining and reporting on income and expenditure budgets using spreadsheets
  • Numeracy, accuracy, a proactive, customer focused and results-driven approach, lots of creativity and the ability to lead change and improve performance
