We are looking for an experienced individual to join us as Fundraising Campaigns Manager and lead a cross organisational team to deliver a successful mass participation campaign, with significant income and participation targets.

As Fundraising Campaigns Manager you will work across the organisation to build excellent supporter experience post campaign. You will also lead on the project management of fundraising campaigns including management of a complex cross-organisational team, ensuring they have buy-in, clear objectives and deadlines to deliver effective campaign moments. In addition you will:

  • Develop strategy to continue to engage campaign participants with the work of Save the Children
  • Act as the main point of contact with the Innovation team and support new product development
  • Deliver against ambitious income and participation targets
  • Deliver an integrated marketing plan, including above the line, digital and direct marketing, to drive sign ups
  • Deliver an engaging supporter experience planning care, retention, pay back and conversion of participants taking part in campaigns.

To be successful you will have significant experience of marketing across a range of media, including direct marketing and TV advertising. You will also have experience of leading on large scale fundraising campaigns with excellent organisational and project management skills. In addition you will have:

  • Experience of leading and delivering on cross organisational projects within a large, complex organization, including senior stakeholder management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships and influence, both internally and externally
  • The ability to prioritise a varied  workload in a fast paced and pressurized environment
  • Experience of working in a fundraising environment
  • Effective communication skills, both written and spoken, with a keen eye for detail.
