The Youth Sport Trust (YST) is an independent charity devoted to changing young people’s lives through sport. We are now looking for a senior level professional with significant experience of leading an income generation team to become our Assistant Director and develop our income generation strategy.

As part of our Senior Leadership team you will develop and implement an income generation strategy that strengthens links with existing supporters and attracts new partners to increase and maximise unrestricted income. You will take responsibility for building a motivated team through mentoring, coaching and performance management as well as encourage a collective high performance culture. We will look to you to create annual plans and set targets and lead the execution of all income generation activities. Important will be the ability to increase the diversity of revenue streams through the development of existing and new channels including membership, fundraising and commercial events, but in particular corporate partnerships.

An experienced senior level professional you have a record delivering against strategic objectives and increasing revenue growth. Expert at identifying opportunities, generating leads and producing proposals/presentations you are used to leading negotiations and closing high value prospects. You will also have an in-depth understanding of the sponsorship landscape. Comfortable building high performing teams you have a proven ability to lead and inspire others as well as strong communication, influencing and presentation skills.
