Major Gifts Manager

Resurgo Trust is a growing church-based missional charity. Our flagship initiative, Spear, is an award-winning programme that equips and supports disadvantaged 16 to 24 year olds not in education, employment or training (NEET) to find long-term employment. We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our dynamic and friendly Philanthropy team. 

Resurgo Trust is looking for someone to lead on developing the area of major donor fundraising within the Philanthropy team and deliver growth in income from major donors, helping the team to meet their overall annual target. This is an exciting opportunity to take forward this expanding area, both managing existing relationships and cultivating new.

Ideally you will have experience of building relationships with major donors or relevant transferable skills.  You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively build and manage relationships at a high level. The Major Gifts Manager role will be in keeping with Resurgo’s mission to be an expression of the Christian life and faith.

Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 (dependant on experience)

Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent role
