Fundraising Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to join and lead our small fundraising team.  We are open to full time, part time or job share applications.

We are looking for an innovative and creative person who has a demonstrable track record of achievement in Trust fundraising and/or Community and Individual Giving.  Experience in other fundraising disciplines or marketing roles would be desirable.

The Fundraising Manager will line manage the Lead Fundraiser and, alongside the Director, will have responsibility for all of the Charity’s fundraising activity.  We are looking for a fundraiser to build on past success and maintain relationships with existing funders including the BIG Lottery Fund.  They will develop and implement OCD Action’s fundraising strategy, securing long-term and sustainable sources of both core and project income to support the Charity’s work and improve the lives of people affected by Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
