Alive! is a Bristol based charity which has grown rapidly to become one of the leading practitioners in the UK of meaningful engagement for older people in care homes.

Our aim is to transform the residential care sector, so that older people’s mental, social and emotional wellbeing is prioritised alongside their physical care. We do this by providing a wide range of high quality activity sessions in care homes, delivering training and support for care home staff, and advocating for improved quality of life for older people in care homes.
 
We are seeking an exceptional grants fundraiser, adept at packaging work into projects and producing inspirational funding bids, who is looking to broaden their skills and expertise by taking on a wider remit and more senior role, including financial management. This crucial position will suit a real team player with a diverse skill set, who will thrive in a dynamic and growing organisation.
