This is a fantastic part time opportunity for a results driven, innovative  fundraising expert with proven experience to help change the lives of children and families across the UK.

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with Trustees, you will have experience of delivering exceptional corporate partnerships within the charity sector and will have the proven ability to build strong relationships and influence to get results. You will be adept at understanding and capitalising on strategic opportunities and know how to deliver an inspiring and motivating team experience.

The right candidate should be able to specifically secure and retain funding income for the charity at an agreed level, through developing a combination of corporate partnerships, employee engagement and fundraising, events, major donor development and other potential income sources.

Our ideal candidate is a charismatic communicator, thinker and doer who is a highly motivated and results driven individual but who can work as a team. We love ideas but we also love action, so an ability to roll your sleeves up and deliver results is essential. You will be naturally entrepreneurial, pragmatic, inclusive and ambitious. You will be interested in growing as a whole person, open to asking tough questions of yourself, and willing to embrace new ways of thinking and doing. We know you will see your success as its own reward, however, we believe that your biggest reward will be the difference you make to the lives of children and their families.
