We are looking for a tenacious, confident, innovative and experienced Community Fundraising Manager to join us at Chickenshed.

Leading the development and delivery of our Community Fundraising and Giving portfolio, the ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running, bringing their creativity and flair to grow our base of support across North London and in Kensington & Chelsea.

Joining a fun, collaborative and high-performing fundraising team, which has led year on year growth, this role will be play a key part in supporting Chickenshed at a pivotal time in its history – following the recent appointment of a new Artistic Director.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience working in a community fundraising role

  • Excellent networking skills with the ability to build and manage relationships, both internally and externally

  • Eager to develop professionally, have a passion for the arts, confident, creative and a lateral thinker

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience of working in the Arts

  • Experience of managing and developing a portfolio of fundraising products
