Job Profile

You will work within our Supporter Engagement Team which is key to CAFOD’s work. We encourage individuals in the Catholic community to share their wealth as a way of living their faith, raising over £13 million a year to help overcome poverty and injustice.

Your role

You will be responsible for delivering and evaluating a range of fundraising projects to recruit and develop supporters. You will have a special focus on World Gifts (CAFOD’s alternative giving product), refining and developing the product as well as developing and implementing promotional plans across both on and offline channels.  This programme is a substantial one that requires working across community and direct channels and donor recruitment and development.

Your profile

You will be an experienced marketer with outstanding project management skills. You’ll be able to plan and prioritise a heavy workload in order to achieve targets and deadlines.

You’ll have proven creative flair and judgment which can deliver inspiring communications to our supporters, through a range of media.

You will bring a strong analytical approach to the role. You’ll be comfortable with data and be able to evaluate both campaign performance and findings from research in order to make recommendations for future work.

You will be self-motivated, and have a flexible, enthusiastic approach. You’ll have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with an ability to build rapport and collaborate with colleagues in London, around the UK and overseas.

This is an important post within the Fundraising Department, and provides an opportunity for candidates who are looking for hands-on experience in a challenging, stimulating and creative environment. This role would suit candidates who are keen to take ownership of particular activities, and to develop their experience of direct response fundraising and product management.

The client requests no contact from agencies or media sales.
