Regional Fundraising Manager 

A talented Fundraiser is required for a national charity to work in a fantastic Regional Fundraising Manager role. 

Hft is a national charity providing local support for people with learning disabilities and their families. Everything they do focuses on helping the people they support live the life they choose in creative, resourceful ways so that individuals can live the lives they choose. 

They work in partnership with the people they support, their families and health professionals to develop effective, person-centred services. 

Position: Regional Fundraising Manager 
Location: Home-based and covers the North of England – including Leeds, Bradford, Manchester and Liverpool 
Salary: £25,280 + company car and Health Insurance

About the Role: 
The Regional Fundraising Manager will implement the Regional Fundraising Strategy, ensuring growth of sustainable net income through support and development of grass roots fundraising and local networks within the specified geographical area of responsibility. 

Within the role, you will develop, manage, monitor and report on income and expenditure budgets for your geographic area of responsibility, this will be in line with the Regional Fundraising Plan, and develop Hft’s profile with key stakeholders to increase funds and awareness. 

Also involved in this role is to organise stewardship events for Key Supporters and work with colleagues across the Hft fundraising team to develop and deliver plans for legacy marketing targets and regional KPIs, local corporate partnerships, local trusts, Capital Appeals and key supporter cultivation. You will also maintain accurate records using Raiser’s Edge contributing to integrated database fundraising. 

About You: 
To be considered for the role, you will be a dynamic and successful fundraiser with demonstrable experience in volunteer relationship management and fundraising marketing skills. With a track record of achieving and growing sustainable net fundraising income streams from diverse audiences and activities, you can show demonstrable experience in prospect cultivation and working with other fundraising teams to deliver diverse activities including events, corporate partnerships, legacy pledges and key supporter cultivation activities. 

Through having an understanding of Supporter / Customer Relations Management, you will be able to manage a variety of projects with conflicting priorities. Experience of using a range of Microsoft Office applications, coupled with excellent written and verbal and presentation communication skills is also essential. 

You will also be a car driver and / or able to travel across the UK as / when required and to spend nights away from home on a planned basis and be prepared to work outside of office hours, including some evenings and weekends as the role demands. 

Ideally you will have knowledge of Raiser’s Edge or other relevant database, along with IoF Qualifications.
