Community and Challenge Events Fundraiser

This fantastic new position has become available to join a vibrant fundraising team with four others, reporting into the Head of Fundraising. CLAPA has always been strongly supported by it's UK community, enabling a relatively passive approach to fundraising. However, with increased competition and fundraising challenges CLAPA needs to be more proactive in its approach in order take advantage of the loyal and passionate CLAPA Community that exists - most of whom have been directly or indirectly affected by cleft.

Therefore the priority of this new role is to create a new challenge events programme that meets the geographical demands of the community and to provide first class stewardship to defined sources of our community income. We encourage creative thinking and no idea is a labelled a bad one in this team. We are looking for someone who has successful fundraising experience and who is ready and willing to embrace and effect change.
