Alzheimer’s Society is the UK’s leading support and research charity for people with dementia, their families and carers. There are 850,000 people with dementia in the UK and numbers are set to rise to over 1 million by 2025.

We're looking for a driven, pro-active Intelligence Manager to set, manage and lead an effective prospect research strategy, supporting the Philanthropy team, covering Major Donors and Trusts, as well as our Appeal Board and Corporate Partnerships team.

This is an exciting time to join Alzheimer’s Society as we launch our new and most ambitious 5 year organisational strategy and we need exceptional people to help achieve our fundraising goals.

In this role you will manage two Prospect Researchers and will work across the fundraising team managing key relationships to embed best practice in research; improving supporter journeys and optimising fundraising income.

Your passion to understand the interests and expectations of our supporters will ensure our fundraisers are making the right type of ask; resulting in donors investing generously in the work of the Society and helping to change the landscape of Dementia forever.

You will be analytical, highly organised, have excellent communication, leadership and relationship management skills and a flair for multi-tasking.
