SkillForce has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Fundraising Manager to join its Central Services team.

Location: Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire - with travel across UK required
Salary: Circa £35,000 - £38,000 per annum

Key aspects of the role

Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy and Events, this role will manage our small team of dedicated fundraisers. The post holder will be responsible for the deliverables of the fundraising team, achievement of the annual fundraising target and the design, implementation and delivery of the fundraising strategic plan.

The Senior Fundraising Manager will also be responsible for all aspects corporate fundraising for the Charity including, but not limited to developing and maintaining a diverse portfolio of corporate organisations and ensuring that all grants and/or donations meet with legal requirements and best practice.

The successful candidate will

  • have a proven track record of personally achieving six-figure fundraising targets
  • have demonstrable knowledge of corporate fundraising
  • be experienced in developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners
  • have the ability to write compelling bids/business cases and reports
  • understand statutory and trust fundraising
  • be an experienced team manager
  • already be working in a senior fundraising role

The post holder will also be required to co-operate with the Charity on all matters of compliance including Health and Safety, Safeguarding, child protection and welfare.
