Fundraising Manager

MS-UK is a national charity dedicated to empowering people with multiple sclerosis to make the most of today and live life to the full. We put people affected by MS at the heart of our work. Our staff are dedicated, talented professionals with a passion for making a difference. We pride ourselves on offering independent, unbiased information and support so people with MS can make their own choices. We cannot achieve our objectives withouth the vital work of our fundraising team. We value the relationships we have with our existing supporters and want to work with them long term. We do not adopt aggressive marketing techniques.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Fundraising Manager to develop and deliver our fundraising strategy and provide leadership to our fundraising team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in a similar role and enjoy working in a fast paced, high energy environment. You will have excellent communication skills and an ability to motivate and inspire others. The work of the fundraising team is predominately event focussed including our own events and third party events such as the Virgin Money London Marathon, though we have ambitious plans to diversity our income streams.

The position is based at our office in Colchester, Essex.

Salary £30,000 - 38,000 depending on experience.
