About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious person to join our regular giving team as a Direct Marketing Officer. You'll be setting up and managing large scale fundraising campaigns from start to finish. With a team budget of over GBP 5 million in 2017, we'll give you the backing to turn your ideas into campaigns inspiring thousands of regular donors to support the Red Cross.

It's a fast-paced environment and you'll need to put your skills and experience in direct marketing to use from the start. Building strong relationships both internally and externally is key to success in this role, as is your ability to spot trends and find solutions. You'll be able to plan your busy workload, but also respond to changing priorities.

About the person

The Direct Marketing Officer will have experience of working in a busy direct marketing or fundraising environment, and will have sound knowledge of face-to-face fundraising. You  will have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan and project manage a variety of projects to tight deadlines.
