Grants and Development Manager

RSPB High Value Fundraising is looking for two full-time Grants and Development Managers to join their highly successful Planning and Development Team at their UK Headquarters based in Sandy.

We are looking for motivated individuals who care about our natural environment and want to make a difference towards overcoming the challenges that face our UK wildlife and the places where it lives.

Grant funding is a key income stream for the RSPB and we are looking for people who have experience in developing and writing high value grant funded projects as well as working in partnership.  We are particularly looking for fundraisers with knowledge and experience of working within the National Lottery, Landfill Communities Fund and EU Interreg/LIFE funding streams.

The successful candidate will need to be well organised, imaginative and resourceful with a good eye for detail. They should also have excellent interpersonal skills, a disciplined approach to project management, leadership qualities and a proven ability to work as part of a team which includes close collaboration with country and regional colleagues
