Addaction support adults, children, young adults and older people to make positive behavioural changes. Whether that's with alcohol, drugs, or mental health and wellbeing, Addaction is there to help people improve their lives in ways they never thought possible. And now as they embark on their 50 th anniversary year, they are looking for an experienced Individual Giving Manager to join their External Affairs team.

With a genuine desire to make a positive difference to the lives of those affected by drug or alcohol misuse and mental health, you will ensure Addaction maximises income from new and existing individual supporters.

About the Opportunity

You will have worked in Direct Marketing or an Individual Giving capacity at a charity previously, with exposure to charity challenge events. With sound project management experience and at ease around data, you will be responsible for the development and success of the Individual Giving and Challenge Events programme with great opportunity to be creative to ensure successful delivery.

You will have experience of managing a fundraising database - Addaction uses Raiser's Edge - and an excellent track record of raising funds and meeting agreed objectives. Addaction looks for individuals with a confident approach, who like to be a part of team but are just as comfortable working autonomously!
