Worldwide, our global alliance of Cheshire partners supports disabled people into education and employment and works in more than 50 countries.

The aim of this role is to provide excellent supporter care by monitoring and reviewing written and verbal communications with supporters, ensuring swift responses to supporter feedback and developing engaging relationships.

The post also provides stewardship to our supporters through operating the inbound supporter care helpline, ensuring all supporters receive efficient and courteous guidance through their communications with Head Office. You will also provide support to the Individual Giving team.
