Regional Fundraising Development Manager (South)

35 hours a week

12 month fixed term contract

Primarily home based with frequent travel to London, Brighton and throughout the South

£31,439 – £34,994, depending on location

Blind Veterans UK is experiencing an exciting period of planned growth in delivery of services to ex-Servicemen and women and we need to develop our regional and community fundraising activity to support this growth. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial individual who has the experience and flair to lead a small team to generate regional and community fundraising activities that lead to sustainable income streams. You will have:

• A proven track record of successfully delivering a portfolio of fundraising activity that has generated six figure gross income.

• Ability to demonstrate success in growing regional and community fundraising activity in a crowded market for similar non-profit organisations

• Experience of assessing return on investment and growth potential with ability to see the bigger picture

• Demonstrable experience of working collaboratively and building effective relationships with a diverse range of audiences and stakeholders

• Excellent skills in project management, planning and budgeting.

The successful candidate must also hold a valid driver’s licence or have the ability to be mobile nationwide.
