Looking for a team with a good track record in raising money form Trust and Foundations? Come and join Hestia!

Hestia’s newly enlarged fundraising team which is on a very exciting journey to make a real difference to our service users. Due to our range of services, we are in a good position to apply to a variety of causes, trusts and foundations. There are also a lot of cross team initiatives and you will gain exposure to all fundraising channels including major gifts, corporates and individual giving.

One of our recent causes has been to raise money to support children who live in refugee centres for victims of domestic abuse. Working with a number of well-established trusts, you will contribute to almost half the income of the fundraising team.

Part-time hours will be considered for the right calibre candidate.

We offer flexible working hours (our core hours are 10-4) with the option to regularly work from home.

We welcome applications from candidates with lived experience.

Person specification:

  • Experience in Trusts fundraising with a substantial record of success, including face to face and written applications
  • Tractable experience of developing trust proposals and securing at least five figure grants
  • Skilled influencer with the ability to resolve complex opportunities. 

  • Ability to manage a wide range of stakeholder and donor relationships using a wide range of communication methods e.g. in person, websites, social media and newsletters
