Programme Support Coordinator

Fixed Term (until 31st December 2017)

Full time- 35 hours a week

The Prince's Trust is a youth charity that helps change young lives. We give practical and financial support, developing key workplace skills, such as confidence and motivation. We work with 11 to 30-year-olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law. We have helped more than 825,000 young people since 1976 and support 100 more each working day. More than three in four young people we helped last year moved into work, education or training. Centre coordinators work alongside operational staff to manage the facilities and use of Prince's Trust Centres to ensure inspiring and safe places of work.

The role covers all aspects of managing a centre safely and effectively from setting up meetings rooms, dealing with visitors, supervising contractors and maintaining office budgets. Centre coordinators will:

• Effectively manage facilities, building maintenance and health and safety for the Centre, including upkeep of the office environment, liaison with landlord, utilities, office services, security and cleaning services.
