We have expanded our fundraising team over the past few years, to meet the increased demand in income, necessitated by significant growth and development of the charity.
Within this role, you will work with the Regional Fundraising and Development Team, and other members of the Parkinson’s UK Fundraising Directorate, to ensure effective delivery of the regional fundraising strategy in the East Midlands region, in order to enhance the local case for support.
You must be a confident and self-motivated individual with previous experience in fundraising, as well as the ability to forge excellent relationships with prospective donors, colleagues, Parkinson’s UK local groups, members and volunteers.
A proven background of managing your own workload to meet targets and deadlines, while developing fundraising activities and the local case for support, is essential.
The position will be based from your home and you must live within reasonable distance of the area you will be covering. You need to be a reliable self-starter, and you must have held your driving licence for a minimum of one year.
