Community and Corporate Fundraising Officer

Porchlight is happy to announce an exciting opportunity to join a busy and successful fundraising team.

We are seeking someone who is a strong communicator, confident and highly motivated. You will work with the Community Fundraising Manager and Corporate Partnerships Manager to roll out new fundraising initiatives and support fundraising activities in both community and business settings.

You will have excellent networking and influencing skills with the confidence to give talks and be a spokesperson for Porchlight.

You will be the main point of contact for Porchlight’s fundraising relationships with schools, churches, and community and business groups across Kent. You will proactively develop new relationships and maintain existing ones through solid stewardship and a warm and enthusiastic approach. You recognise the needs and interests of a wide breadth of audiences and are able to communicate effectively with them in order to maximize their fundraising activity.
