Fundraising Associate Director

Are you a creative, dynamic individual who can shape and lead Ambition School Leadership’s first fundraising strategy? The Fundraising Associate Director will head up fundraising at Ambition, with responsibility for establishing and nurturing a pipeline of funders to generate £4 million of voluntary income over the next five years. We are looking for someone with exceptional relationship management skills and experience of working with high net-worth individuals, trusts and corporate partners. You will join a fast-paced organisation where you will have ownership of an exciting, high-priority work stream. The successful candidate will build and lead a small team to deliver on our ambitious fundraising targets, supporting our work to end educational disadvantage through great school leadership.
