The Prince's Trust is a youth charity that helps change young lives. We give practical and financial support, developing key workplace skills, such as confidence and motivation. We work with 11 to 30-year-olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law. We have helped more than 825,000 young people since 1976 and support 100 more each working day. More than three in four young people we helped last year moved into work, education or training. We are committed to equality and valuing diversity.

This role is part of the National Volunteering and Uniformed Partnerships team, which sits within Programmes and Development.

The National Volunteering and Uniformed Partnerships team has key three objectives, develop and deliver on the strategic objectives for volunteering and secondments, design and maintain the framework for volunteer and secondment management, and champion the role of volunteers and secondees within the organisation. All of these objectives could not be achieved without strong collaboration with regional, country and national colleagues.

This role will support the National Volunteering and Uniformed Partnerships team to deliver these three objectives, alongside supporting on design and developing, Prince's Trust Online (PT Online), an online learning and mentoring service for young people delivered and supported by volunteers.

Successful applicants must be available for interview in London on Tuesday 27th June

The Prince's Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be required to apply for an enhanced DBS check.
