The Prince's Trust is a youth charity that helps change young lives. We give practical and financial support, developing key workplace skills, such as confidence and motivation. We work with 11 to 30-year-olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law. We have helped more than 825,000 young people since 1976 and support 100 more each working day. More than three in four young people we helped last year moved into work, education or training. We are committed to equality and valuing diversity.

As Senior Head of Corporate Partnerships (Tech, Media and Telecoms), you will play an exciting, unique leadership role in helping The Prince's Trust reach more disadvantaged young people.  You will inspire our impressive list of corporate partners to raise more money, provide unique training opportunities for our young people, and help us reach thousands through digital technology.  To do this, you will draw upon our incredible network of supporters in the TMT space and manage a development committee made up of senior execs who are at the top of their field.

We're looking for someone with passion, dedication and commitment to supporting the UK's most vulnerable young people. An established, experienced people manager able to inspire a high-performing, ambitious team. Working for The Prince's Trust gives you an opportunity like no other. The breadth of our work provides variety and creativity, enabling us to create diverse long-term partnerships. You'll work alongside the sector's top professional fundraisers and thrive in a truly dynamic environment.

The Prince's Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

A NOTE FOR RECRUITMENT AGENCIES
