Are you an ambitious and experienced Marketing manager (Individual Giving Product Manager) with skills to provide strategic development of various products within the Individual Giving portfolio?

As an Individual Giving Product Manager you will head a highly motivated team, and will have an opportunity to deliver a wide range of interesting campaigns, and contribute to strategy along with managing data and product developments.

What do you get to do?

  • Strategic management of Individual Giving products whilst setting up successful donor acquisition and retention programmes
  • Monitoring income and expenditure targets for products and ensuring timely campaign changes are made if needed
  • Identifying, developing and managing new or complementary products to add to the portfolio to enhance supporter journeys

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven experience in direct marketing and demonstrable track record in fundraising and marketing, handling a sizeable budget and successfully managing a team
  • Knowledge of Data Protection Act, Charities Act and HMRC tax and gift aid legislation
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present the information in a compelling way
