We are unique in our approach - supporting the ability of parents to send their children to school, while helping communities build and sustain quality education services. Build Africa currently operates in Kenya and Uganda.

As part of our ambitious growth plans to help more people than ever, we are looking for a dedicated and inspiring Individual Giving Manager with the experience to take the lead in recruiting new regular and cash donors and event fundraisers whilst also maximising income from existing individual givers. They will thrive in meeting targets and ensuring high quality supporter care and on-going donor stewardship.

The successful candidate will also take responsibility for our data, providing expert guidance on data management and Data Protection.

The Individual Giving Manager is a key member of the Programmes and Fundraising Team and line manages the Fundraising Co-ordinator.
