The Prince's Trust is a youth charity that helps change young lives. We give practical and financial support, developing key workplace skills, such as confidence and motivation. We work with 11 to 30-year-olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law. We have helped more than 825,000 young people since 1976 and support 100 more each working day. More than three in four young people we helped last year moved into work, education or training. We are committed to equality and valuing diversity.

You will be working as part of an energetic and dedicated team who are passionate about mutually beneficial partnerships with corporations that help change the lives of disadvantaged young people.

You will manage a portfolio of high-value corporate partnerships (the majority of which will be from the technology and media sectors), and have a personal income target of c.GBP 1m, with ambitions to grow partnership values. In this varied and exciting role, you will work to secure income across all available income streams, including donation and employee fundraising.

You will need excellent relationship management and the ability to relate to people at all levels within our partner organisations and internally within The Prince's Trust. You will be a strong project manager, entrepreneurial, confident in solving problems and securing financial targets. You will be commercially-minded, with great time management skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. You will ideally have direct experience working on corporate charity partnerships, or transferrable skills developed in a commercial marketing or sales role. You will have an understanding of the corporate responsibility agenda and have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

The Prince's Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be required to apply for an enhanced DBS check

A NOTE FOR RECRUITMENT AGENCIES
