RSPB Scotland, the leading nature conservation charity in Scotland, is looking to recruit a Funding Development Manager, to join a busy team of talented fundraisers based at our Edinburgh HQ, reporting directly to the Head of Funding Development. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on developing new business partnerships and building relationships with high value donors, driving a creative programme of engagement and stewardship.  The successful candidate will manage and grow a dedicated team of fundraisers to secure vital support to help save Scotland’s amazing wildlife and habitats. Candidates, therefore, with good people management skills and a strong interest in nature conservation will be at an advantage. 

Ideally, we are looking for a person experienced in business development and/or corporate and individuals fundraising and who has a record of accomplishment generating income. They will have strong influencing and negotiation skills, an ability to manage external relations in a confident and credible way, and with a desire to make a real difference for the natural world.
