This is an exciting opportunity within a newly formed team to deliver multi-channel campaigns aligned to the RNLI’s marketing strategy. We’re looking for experienced and proactive Marketing Managers to develop and deliver impactful, successful campaigns within the RNLI’s Marketing team.

We are recruiting 3 roles which will cover the following areas:

Individual Giving

If you are a specialist in direct response marketing, with proven experience of managing successful campaigns from inception to delivery and the ability to confidently talk through the process steps involved in getting a campaign to market then this Marketing Manager role at the RNLI is for you.

Direct mail experience is a must in this role, with prior knowledge of key processes such as data management, print production and results reporting. You will need a good eye for detail and be able to manage your time efficiently to achieve multiple deadlines. You will need to be able to execute the day to day delivery, whilst leading on the strategic direction of the campaign and spotting opportunities to optimise. Proven experience of budget management especially around managing costs, tracking income and evaluating return on investment. Collaboration is key in this role, so an agency background or experience with managing agencies would be ideal.

Brand Marketing

Following a period of transformation, the RNLI are recruiting for Marketing Managers to work in their newly created Brand team.

You will be highly experienced in managing effective campaigns from inception to delivery across a behaviour change or brand marketing background. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate multichannel campaign planning and confidently manage relationships with internal teams as well as external creative and media agencies. As a talented brand marketer, you must be able to interpret data and use the insight to shape and define marketing strategies to deliver against core objectives.

Exceptional stakeholder management, resilience and communications skills are essential for this challenging but rewarding role as you help take the RNLI into a new phase of marketing development.
