Salary: Basic £20,800 + Bonus (OTE £30,000 - £40,000) + company vehicle for business use

As a Regional Area Manager at RSPB Fundraising Direct (RFD) you will help to save endangered species and create more homes for nature by raising the funds the RSPB needs to carry out its vital work.

Our passionate Fundraisers work at private sites and venues such as shopping centres, supermarkets, retail stores and local events, inspiring the public to join the RSPB as new members, and your role will be to support the individual fundraisers and the team to succeed.

You will lead a team of up to twelve field-based Fundraisers by setting clear direction, creating a strong sense of energy, and building the capability of your team so they have the very best chance of success.

We're looking for a strong leader with the ability to coach and develop a team in order to maximise performance. This is a hands-on role and it is expected that you will spend on average two days working from home each week, with three days spent in the field supporting your team, conducting interviews or running team days to ensure the team are continuously developing their skills and knowledge.
