Regional Corporate Manager

Alzheimer's Society is the UK's leading dementia charity. We provide information and support, improve care, fund research, and create lasting change for people affected by dementia. 

Position: Regional Corporate Manager 
Location: Flexible - to be agreed (role covers England, Wales and NI) 
Contract type: Permanent 
Hours: 35 per week 
Salary: £42,550 - £47,870 per annum, depending on location

About the role: 

We are looking for a strong, strategic manager with extensive corporate experience to lead our already successful regional corporate team to deliver transformational growth in line with our new strategy. Covering England, Wales and NI you will line manage a geographically dispersed team with eight direct reports. The current budget is £2.3m and you will be responsible for the delivery of this as well as building a robust pipeline for sustainable future growth. 

A vital member of the Regional Fundraising Management Team, you will play a key role in developing the team’s strategy ensuring sustainable development and growth. You will have direct responsibility for developing and delivering the regional corporate strategy and bringing the new business and account management teams together to deliver great results. 

About you: 

To succeed in this post you will be passionate, organised, target driven, enthusiastic and looking for a new challenge each day. You will be looking for a varied role where you can grow and develop new business, supporting the team with pitches and proposals, and also upskill and support the account managers to ensure the most value from every partnership 

You will have proven experience of developing, monitoring and delivering budgets with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Strong line management and leadership skills are essential as are excellent influencing and communication skills and you will have the confidence to work collaboratively across different directorates and departments.
