One in six people in the UK will have a disability in their lifetime and we want to make sure they have the opportunity to live their lives to their full potential.

Leonard Cheshire Disability is the UK’s largest voluntary sector provider of services for disabled people. Our services include high-quality care and community support together with innovative projects supporting disabled people into education, employment and entrepreneurship.  Worldwide, our global alliance of Cheshire partners also supports disabled people into education and employment, and works in more than 50 countries.

As the UK’s largest charity working in disability, this is an exciting new opportunity to develop and lead a best practice and innovative market research function to support the creation and expansion of our partnerships. Identifying potential and developing current partners, you will produce detailed plans to engage effectively with a range of partners and potential partners across the private, voluntary and public sectors both in the UK and internationally.

You will bring significant experience of developing and embedding a highly effective market research function along with extensive experience and knowledge of market research techniques and tools.  You will be highly customer focused, have commercial acumen and possess the ability to operate at a strategic level. You will have excellent solutions focused project skills and be an analytical thinker with an organised and rigorous approach.

If you share a commitment to the values and ethos of our charity, we look forward to hearing from you.
