greenspace scotland is looking for an experienced fundraiser and campaign manager to lead our exciting new programme to develop an Endowment Fund for Scotland’s parks.

Following on from the successful development of MyParkScotland, as Scotland’s only crowdfunding platform specifically for parks and greenspaces, we are now expanding our work to develop an Endowment Fund to support Scotland’s parks. We’ve secured a match-funding grant from Heritage Lottery Fund towards the first £1million and our ambition is for a multi-million endowment fund to help keep Scotland’s parks in good heart for future generations to enjoy.

About the role:
We are looking to recruit an experienced Campaign Manager to lead the development and delivery of the fundraising strategy and marketing campaign for the Parks Endowment Fund. With a strong track record in fundraising, communication, marketing and project management, the ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator, experienced in raising funds from individuals, trusts, major donors and/or events. You will bring creativity, innovation, enthusiasm and passion to work with our team and partners.

This is a part-time post (14 hours per week) and we will also consider applications on a self-employment/consultancy/contract basis, plus secondment, job share, home-working and/or flexible working arrangements. It is a fixed term appointment to 31 December 2020.
