We are looking for an exceptional fundraising manager or commercial account manager with significant experience in Community Fundraising to lead our centralised Community Fundraising programme. You will be an integral member of the Community Fundraising and Challenge Events team, working closely with the Head of Community Fundraising and Challenge Events to grow Community income.

You will provide strategic vision to grow income across all community and gift in wills fundraising programmes. You will have experience of managing large budgets and be confident managing multiple projects, delivering them on time and within budget. With substantial experience in resource development and process management, you will be an excellent communicator, confident in influencing both internal and external stakeholders. You will use your negotiating and influencing skills to work closely with the Senior Relationships Manager and the Senior Events Managers to ensure cross-team opportunities are utilised for Barnardo’s. You will bring your experience of generating income growth and delivering excellent supporter care to the team to drive forward insight and continuous improvement to the programme. You will provide expert line management to the Community Fundraising Manager and three Community Fundraising Officers, in order to inspire the team to achieve our strategy.
