At Barnardo's, we believe in children. Our purpose is to transform the lives of the UK's most vulnerable children and our vision is to realise Thomas Barnardo's dream of a world where no child is turned away from the help that they need. Now we need you to play your part in making that vision a reality.

We are looking for an experienced project manager with a demonstrable background of Community Fundraising to deliver across our centralised fundraising campaigns and programmes. You will be an integral member of the Community Fundraising team, working closely with the Senior Community Fundraising Manager and Community Fundraising Manager to grow Community income.

You will have experience of generating income growth and driving excellent supporter experience through the delivery of fundraising projects and campaigns. You will have substantial experience in product development and process management. You will be an excellent communicator, confident in managing a portfolio of supporters, delivering high value stewardship in order to increase lifetime value to Barnardo’s. You will have a good understanding of working with fundraising volunteers and community groups, and be confident managing multiple projects, delivering them on time and within budget.

Reporting to the Senior Community Fundraising Manager, this role will offer the successful candidate a great opportunity to work in a supportive working environment with lots of potential for learning and development. If you are an ambitious and driven fundraiser, we are looking to hear from you.
