SalesForce has been introduced to Barnardo’s as the organisation’s strategic Customer Relationship Management database. While the focus of implementation has been on the migration of Fundraising audiences, and embedding SalesForce within existing business processes across Fundraising and Finance, we are now at the stage where the functionality and impact of the system is ready for significant extension.
The Insight team are responsible for delivering a renewed focus on evidence-based decision making, data gathering, data-management and data analysis to respond to the Corporate Strategy’s desire to more than double voluntary net income and to become a digitally agile organisation; driven through a rich, single customer view.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to be part of an award-winning team. You will be responsible for working with colleagues across fundraising to deliver analysis and data selections that drive our fundraising activities.
